All websites are bespoke and tailored to making your business a success. Once we've fully discussed what your website needs to achieve I can provide you with an exact cost which we are confident will give you a return on your investment.
Guideline Costs
Marketing Websites - projects typically cost in the region of £3,495 – £5,995
Ecommerce Websites - projects costs start from £5,995
Design Visuals - projects typically cost in the region of £950 – £2,500 (based on 4-8 total visuals)
Timescales are dependent on the size of the project and the time it takes to provide content, information and feedback. Please use the below as a rough guide.
Guideline Timescales
Marketing Websites - approximately 4-8 weeks
Ecommerce Websites - approximately 6-12 weeks
Design Visuals - approximately 1-3 weeks (based on 4-8 total visuals)
Once we agree your project is a great fit and you have paid the initial payment, I will schedule in the work. There is usually a lead time of 1-2 weeks. During this time you can be getting your content together.
Marketing Websites - payment is split into three stages at key milestones of the project. 40% upfront, 30% once the design phase is complete, and then the final 30% before going live with your website.
Ecommerce Websites - similar payment structure to Marketing Websites, however if a back-end developer is also involved a payment structure will be agreed between all parties.
Design Visuals - 50% upfront, and the remaining 50% before supplying the visuals. For larger projects payments may need to be split across milestones.
Copy - I ask for draft content during the Structure and content stage of the project (see my process). This allow us to discuss how your content should be structured to ensure it delivers your goals. Final copy is needed before the Website build stage.
Photos - High resolution images of your product or service is essential to do your business justice. If you don’t have these yet we can discuss the type of shots and styling which would be required.
Branding - A vector version (ai, eps, pdf or svg file) of your logo is required if possible, and any other branding/marketing assets you have.
If you are missing any of these let me know on initial contact and I'll be able to put you in touch with freelancers to help.
My process encourages you to get involved. You know your business inside out, without this knowledge being fed into the project we won’t end up with the best result. I would want us to approach your project project as partners rather than a client and a supplier.

Yes! I'm based in London, but I work remotely with clients all over the globe. I use a project management system which makes working together from any location easy.
Yes! I can produce the creative for your developer to turn into a functional website or app. I can also create static design visuals at different resolutions to provide guidance on how the website should adapt to different screen sizes. See my Design Visuals service for more information.
Absolutely, all Marketing Websites are built on a Content Management System (CMS). This means you can edit and add content to the site. A training session will be provided to make sure you are confident with updating your website (see training question below).
Yes! For Marketing Websites we will arrange a 1 hour one-to-one training session to walk you through managing your website. Ideally in-person if London based, or over a Skype screen share. I would also like to keep in contact with you beyond the launch of your website, to make sure it continues to work for your business.
I will build your website with on-page SEO and ensure that Google’s search-bots can crawl your website with ease. I will make sure the website is well structured, validates to the latest web standards, images are optimised, contains all fields for meta data, friendly URL structure and is fast to load.
After the website is launched there should be an ongoing marketing effort to drive traffic to your website. This includes making sure the content on your site is kept fresh and relevant (a blog is ideal for this).
For a 14 day period after your website goes live I'll fix any bugs that occur. This does not include additional work to the site, a ongoing maintenance package can be discussed.
If you are looking for a complete design and build for your Ecommerce website I will partner with a back-end developer. See Ecommerce Websites for details.
I don't as I feel it’s important the client has complete control of their website domain and hosting. I will happily make recommendations and help you get setup, including any email addresses you need.
Yes. Please view the Aftercare Packages page.
Your online marketing is an investment, you need to look at the long-term value that hiring the right partner will give you. Your investment won't only just get you a 'pretty' website; I have years of experience creating sites which connect with users, converting browsers into buyers, delivering you a return on your investment. I'd be working collaboratively with you to make sure we achieve your business goals, and provide a website which can be updated easily by yourself.
I do not. WordPress is a very popular platform but because of this it is often subject to security threats. It started out as a blogging platform and over time has had functionality added on, trying to become everything to everyone, which can result in bloated and sluggish websites. For Marketing Websites I use Craft CMS which is extremely flexible when it comes to what matters; creating great content and selling your product/services.
I don't take on projects which modify off the shelf website templates.
It is recommended that you should purchase an SSL certificate. Customers are becoming increasingly more informed about the safety of the internet. If they can see your website has gone that bit further to be secure it can only help their impression of you. Google is also rewarding websites that have an SSL with higher rankings.
